SWEET LITTLE GHOSTS

Ingredients:
  • 9 oz plain  chocolate 
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 1 oz butter
  • 1 spoonful of cream
  • 2 oz minced almonds
  • 3 spoonful of cocoa
to dress up:
  • 5 oz of powdered sugar
  • water
  • 7 oz white chocolate 
to decorate:
  •  2 oz plain chocolate
Melt the plain chocolate in a bowl on boiling water. when it is  ool, add all the ingrediends and mix it up. Cool it in the fridge for about three hours. Then make some little ghosts from the dough using your hands. Prepare the white chocolate frost melting the chocolate in a bowl on boiling water. Put sugar in a small pot, add 1 or 2 spoons of water and candy it. Drip the candied sugar on the melted chocolate. Dip your ghosts in the chocolate and sugare mixture, then put them in the fridge as long as the chocolate is hardened. At last, melt the remaining plain chocolate to draw the eyes and mouth of your ghosts.
