GHOST BISCUITS
ingredients
- 9 oz flour
- 4 oz butter
- 4 oz cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 4 oz treacle
sugar frosting:
- 7 oz powdered sugar
- 1 albumen
- lemon juice
- few drops of food coloring
Switch on your oven at a max temperatureof 180° .Line a tin with greaseproof paper. Mix all the ingredients as long as the dough gets a homogeneous look. Roll the dough thin(nearly 1/2 cm thin) and cut out some typical Halloween shapes using the special Halloweem molds. Bake the biscuits for 20 min. At this point, make the frost beating the albumen, lemon juice, and a few drops of food coloring. Beat it energically to obtain a smooth and shiny glaze. Put some of it on the biscuits. eventually, use your fantasy to give the biscuits a horrible, frightening look.
